  • Other content including resources such as guides, worksheets, and other tools for personal development.

When you purchase or use any of the assessments, digital products, or digital content, you are agreeing to these Terms.

B. Coaching Services

If you are seeking coaching services, a separate Coaching Agreement will be provided that will detail additional specific terms of your coaching relationship.

10. Payment and Fees

A.Assessments and Digital Products

  • Payment Terms: Payment for assessments and digital products is due at the time of purchase. All payments are processed via third-party payment gateways and you are responsible for providing accurate payment information. Prices and payment terms are subject to change without notice.

  • Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our assessments and digital products, all sales are final, except as required by applicable law. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

B. CoachinG SERVICES

  • Payment and fees for coaching services will be governed by the separate Coaching Agreement.

11. Client Responsibilities

  • Engagement with Resources: For certain assessments or products that require action (e.g., worksheets or self-reflection exercises), you agree to engage in the process to gain the full benefit from the service or product.

  • Timing: The ELI® assessment and the debrief meeting must be be completed within 30 days of purchase.

B. Coaching Services

  • If you wish to discontinue coaching services, the Coaching Agreement will outline the terms for termination.
